MOBILE OUTREACH
Bringing safety, dignity, and life-saving care directly to Tulsa’s most vulnerable neighbors.

MOBILE LIGHTS OUTREACH
At City Lights Foundation of Oklahoma, we believe no one should have to face the streets alone — especially during Tulsa’s harsh winter months. Our Mobile Outreach team goes directly to individuals experiencing homelessness who cannot access traditional shelters, offering safety, compassion, and life-saving support right where it’s needed most.
Through wellness checks, warm winter gear, transportation to safer environments, and emergency resources, we work to prevent loss of life while building trust and meaningful connections. Every encounter is guided by our belief in the inherent dignity and value of every person.
When extreme cold threatens Tulsa, City Lights responds quickly. In partnership with A Way Home for Tulsa, the City of Tulsa, local faith communities, businesses, and volunteers, we help open pop-up emergency shelters designed to provide more than just a bed for the night. Guests are welcomed with warmth, hot meals, clean blankets, and genuine care — along with connections to ongoing support services that open doors to long-term stability.
For us, Mobile Outreach is more than emergency response. It’s about being present with our most vulnerable neighbors, extending dignity in moments of crisis, and creating a pathway toward safety, hope, and eventually, home.
