HOUSING STABILITY
Providing ongoing support and resources to help neighbors maintain safe, stable, and dignified homes.

STABLE HOMES, STRONGER LIVES
At City Lights Foundation of Oklahoma, our Housing Stability program is designed to do more than just provide a roof over someone’s head — it’s about building a supportive community where neighbors can thrive. We partner with those who have experienced homelessness to ensure they have the resources, guidance, and relational support needed to maintain safe, stable, and dignified housing.
Through person-centered advocacy and compassionate care, we empower our neighbors to regain self-sufficiency, rebuild their sense of safety, and break the cycle of recurring homelessness. Every connection is rooted in dignity, respect, and trust. We meet individuals where they are, embrace vulnerability, and provide ongoing support that is tailored to each person’s needs.
Our Housing Stability program currently serves an average of 70 neighbors across 40 apartment complexes in Tulsa. The support we offer is holistic: from accompanying neighbors to doctor appointments, mediating with landlords, assisting with lease renewals and eviction prevention, teaching life skills, celebrating birthdays, and most importantly, being a listening ear and a trusted team they can rely on.
